# General business terms

The English terms page on the previous site had no published clauses. This page does not invent payment terms, liability caps or a choice of court.

What is already fixed in how the companies work:

- AeroXpert Consulting contracts crisis, emergency, safety and continuity work.
- AeroXpert Investigations contracts expert opinions and accident investigation, after a confidential briefing confirms scope and independence.
- Each company is responsible for its own contract. Group membership does not merge those contracts.
- Confidentiality and the separation of mandates are part of the engagement, not an optional extra.
