Services
AeroXpert Consulting treats safety as a management system, not as a binder. Customers, passengers, taxpayers, visitors and employees expect the people in charge to treat safety as a primary duty. That applies to companies, public bodies, and boards alike.
AeroXpert specialises in safety management systems for different industries. The method comes from aviation, where reporting, risk, and investigation are part of how an operation is run, not a binder on a shelf.
Consulting builds and reviews the system the organisation runs. Legal and forensic air accident investigation stays with AeroXpert Investigations. EASA accreditation is a credential of that company. It is not a consulting product.
Training and development of a safety management system, including a reporting system and report management.
Expert review of a system that already exists: its processes, its risk profile, and how risk is managed.
Internal review of accidents and occurrences inside the safety system.
Where to start
If any answer is no, that gap is the work. Describe the system the organisation runs, and we will tell you what still has to be built or reviewed.

Industries
An aircraft event draws media attention and can stop normal operations. Most serious events happen on or near an aerodrome, during take-off or landing.
A ferry or passenger vessel in trouble is a public event. People on board may not share a language. Care has to be planned for that.
A collision, a derailment, a ropeway stoppage or a station evacuation puts passengers, staff and a public timetable in the same hour.
Bus and coach companies face passenger incidents and network stoppages that daily dispatch was not designed to lead.
Guests do not know the building, and staff change shift. Roles that work on a factory floor will not run a night evacuation.
Municipalities are expected to protect people and to explain what they are doing while they do it.
Campuses concentrate people who depend on the institution to know what to do, including the person who will speak to families.
Sites that extract, store or move commodities combine industrial hazards with public attention when something fails.
An insurer can prepare its own crisis response here. An opinion on which a claim is decided is a different company.
When the organisation does not sit in the sectors above, the work is still leadership and communication written for how that company runs.
